QUICK WONDER coordinates production operations in Jiangxi and Wenzhou, China, with an Indonesia manufacturing option delivered through local industrial-platform partner PT SUMA ARTHA PERKASA. The Indonesia platform can support acetate and metal eyewear assembly, finishing, quality inspection and packing for qualified programs, with production location and scope assessed project by project.

The frame-led portfolio includes optical frames, sunglasses, reading glasses, children’s eyewear, magnetic clip-ons and blue-light glasses. Available constructions include acetate, metal, titanium, injection-molded, memory-material, stainless-steel and mixed-material frames, subject to product and project review.

Project quality is defined against approved drawings, specifications, materials, colors, samples and written requirements. Depending on the project scope, review may include QA/QE sample review, IQC incoming inspection, IPQC in-process inspection, FQC finished-product inspection and OQC pre-dispatch inspection, followed by agreed packing and shipping documentation.

We have our own lab where we conduct tests such as dimension checks and spring hinge oscillation tests. We also collaborate with QIMAI, GSG, and INTERTEC for tests on lead, chromium, nickel, and other materials.
