Quick Wonder is a China-based B2B eyewear development and manufacturing company. For qualified programs, it can evaluate a coordinated production route connecting its established operations in China with a full-process manufacturing platform in Indonesia.
China and Indonesia can be evaluated as a coordinated production route to support closer-to-customer delivery, qualified backup capacity and greater lead-time certainty. This does not mean that every frame can move freely between the two countries or that every SKU is automatically suitable for both locations.
Quick Wonder’s China footprint includes development and operating functions as well as production bases in Jiangxi and Wenzhou. The Indonesia program operates through the local industrial partner platform PT SUMA ARTHA PERKASA. It supports overseas manufacturing and supply-chain diversification, but it should not be understood as a wholly owned Quick Wonder factory or subsidiary.
For approved acetate and metal eyewear programs, the Indonesia platform can be assessed for a validated full-process production route. The actual allocation still depends on the SKU, construction, tooling, approved standard, material and component availability, process readiness and production schedule.
Before an order begins, the parties need a written production route that identifies:
The quotation, product specification, approved sample, purchase order and written agreement—not the general availability of two locations—control the final arrangement.
China and Indonesia should be understood as parts of a coordinated manufacturing network, while current operations, project-level availability and future plans remain clearly separated.

Operating model |
Quick Wonder has established Chinese operating and manufacturing entities. Its footprint includes coordination and development functions, the Quick Wonder Glasses Jiangxi Co., Ltd. production base and the JINBOND Glasses Wenzhou Co., Ltd. production base. |
The overseas manufacturing program operates through PT SUMA ARTHA PERKASA, a local industrial partner platform supporting premises, local operations, human resources, import-export activity, warehousing and logistics. It is not presented as a wholly owned Quick Wonder factory or subsidiary. |
Contracting entity, producing site, operational responsibility and any ownership or control statement. |
|
Current production status |
Jiangxi and Wenzhou are operating production bases, although their roles, processes and available schedules are not identical. |
The platform is operating while continuing to ramp up. The October 2026 operating plan sets planned output at 60,000 pcs for the month. This is a dated plan, not actual output, fixed capacity or guaranteed availability for a new order. |
Available line time, production allocation, monthly schedule, order quantity and ramp-up requirements. |
|
Products and processes |
Jiangxi supports mainstream eyewear production, including metal, injection-molded and acetate products. Wenzhou supports acetate, metal, titanium, sample making and related processes, with electroplating potentially handled by an external specialist. |
The Indonesia platform supports full-process production for approved acetate and metal eyewear programs. Quick Wonder manages process introduction, training, production and quality control within the platform. |
Whether the specific SKU, construction, material, finish, component set and required process have been validated at the proposed site. |
|
Future plans |
Planned equipment, output or line expansion must remain separate from current operating capability. |
The target of 100,000 pcs per month by December 2026 remains a plan. The planned 2027 injection capability of 200,000 pcs per month is also a future plan, not an existing production capability. |
Installation, qualification, trial-production results, staffing, process validation and actual availability before any planned capability is offered to a buyer. |
The distinction between planned output and available capacity is important. The October 2026 figure records a planned output level for a stated month. It does not reserve capacity, confirm suitability for a particular frame or guarantee the same output across every product mix.
Likewise, the December 2026 and 2027 figures remain targets until the relevant equipment, staffing, process validation, production results and scheduling availability have been confirmed.
Responsibility Map for a Two-Country Eyewear Program
Quick Wonder does not apply one permanent country split to every project. Responsibilities are assigned according to the product, required process route and written project agreement.

Indonesia May Be Responsible For |
Project Documents Must Confirm |
|
Product development and engineering |
Quick Wonder’s China operations may review manufacturability and translate the approved brief into drawings, specifications, BOM, tolerances, process requirements and technical risk controls. |
No universal Indonesia engineering allocation should be assumed. Any local engineering, process adaptation or production-engineering role requires project-specific confirmation. |
Named technical lead, engineering location, required outputs, revision control and responsibility for approving technical changes. |
|
Tooling and production fixtures |
Tooling or fixtures may be developed, approved or retained in China when specified in the quotation and tooling agreement. |
Tooling use or transfer to Indonesia must be assessed against equipment compatibility, process readiness, maintenance capability and the approved production route. |
Tool owner, payer, physical location, usable life, maintenance responsibility, access rights, transfer conditions and treatment at the end of the program. |
|
Sampling and approval |
The Wenzhou operation includes sample-making capability. China may be used for engineering samples, color samples, prototypes or the final approval sample. |
Sampling or trial production in Indonesia cannot be assumed merely because an approved sample already exists in China. A transfer sample, site sample or trial lot may be required. |
Sample-making site, sample type, approved version, revision rounds, approval authority, retained-sample location and whether another site must reproduce the standard. |
|
Materials and components |
China may source or prepare approved frame materials, hinges, lenses, trims and other components under the confirmed BOM and production route. |
The Indonesia program may use qualified local inputs or imported materials and components, depending on the SKU and approved plan. No substitution should be automatic. |
Material source, component manufacturer, local or imported status, color and grade references, approved alternatives, incoming inspection and substitution approval. |
|
Mass production |
Jiangxi or Wenzhou may produce the SKU when its material, process and schedule fit the relevant site. The two China bases should not be treated as interchangeable without review. |
A validated full-process production route may be evaluated for approved acetate and metal eyewear programs. Suitability must still be established for the specific SKU. |
SKU-by-SKU site allocation, quantity, process route, production schedule, line readiness, trial requirements and approval conditions. |
|
Quality control |
China may conduct agreed incoming, in-process, final and outgoing inspections against the approved product standard. |
Quick Wonder manages quality control as part of the Indonesia platform. Inspection stages, authority, acceptance criteria and required records must still be defined for the order. |
Inspection location and stage, specifications, tolerances, sample reference, testing responsibilities, acceptance criteria, record format and nonconformity response. |
|
Packaging and shipping |
China may manage approved packaging and prepare shipping documents when the China site is the production or dispatch point. |
The local partner platform supports warehousing, logistics and import-export activities. The exact packing, consolidation and export role remains project-specific. |
Packaging site and standard, labeling, carton requirements, storage, consolidation, exporter, freight booking, Incoterm, delivery point and document handover. |
|
Contract and origin documentation |
A named Quick Wonder Chinese entity may participate in the quotation, purchase order, production or export route, but its role must match the actual agreement. |
PT SUMA ARTHA PERKASA is the identified local industrial partner platform. Its participation does not by itself establish the contracting party, producer for every SKU or country-of-origin conclusion. |
Contracting entity, invoice issuer, producing entity, exporter, importer responsibilities, applicable product records and responsibility for origin or customs documentation. |
If a responsibility is absent from the quotation or project agreement, the presence of operations in both countries should not be used to fill the gap. Engineering ownership, tooling location, inspection authority, shipping responsibility and document issuance all require explicit allocation.
Programs That May Fit a China–Indonesia Production Route
Approved and Stable Repeat Programs
A repeat order with an approved construction, locked materials, established components and stable quality criteria can provide a practical starting point for a second-site assessment.
Approved acetate and metal eyewear programs may be reviewed against the Indonesia platform’s full-process manufacturing scope. The assessment should determine whether the site can reproduce the approved dimensions, material appearance, color, polishing, component fit, lens fitting, logo execution, packaging and finished-product standard.
Before proceeding, Quick Wonder and the buyer should establish:
Repeat-order status reduces uncertainty, but it does not eliminate site qualification.
New Programs Developed in China and Evaluated for Indonesia
A new program may begin with product development, engineering and sample approval in China, followed by an assessment of whether the approved SKU can follow a validated full-process production route in Indonesia.
This assessment can begin only after the product standard is sufficiently complete. A drawing alone is not enough to establish that another production location can reproduce the frame.
The evaluation should identify:
A project-specific partial-process arrangement may still be considered when appropriate. If used, it should be described as an optional route for that project—not as the overall definition of the Indonesia platform’s capability.
The program should not be described as transferred until the proposed site has reproduced the required standard and the relevant responsibilities have been approved in writing.
New Titanium, Injection, Mixed-Material or Engineering-Complex Programs
New titanium, injection-molded and technically complex mixed-material frames require a different assessment from an approved acetate or metal program.
Quick Wonder’s China operations support titanium, injection molding, engineering and sample making across the relevant sites. Those capabilities should not automatically be extended to Indonesia without project-level validation.
Indonesia’s planned 2027 injection capability remains a future plan. It should not be used to quote current injection production until the equipment, process, staffing, trial production and output have been validated.
A complex program may remain in China, use China for development before a later Indonesia site review, or follow another written allocation. The decision should be based on:
How an Approved Standard Moves Between Locations
Moving an eyewear program between production locations requires more than sending a drawing and a reference frame.
The parties need a controlled transfer package that defines the product and the rules for reproducing it. At minimum, the project should address the following elements.
The receiving location needs the approved frame dimensions, lens shape, bridge, temple length, front curvature, opening dimensions, alignment requirements and any critical tolerances.
Project files should distinguish between nominal dimensions and acceptable production variation.
Approved Materials and Components
The BOM should identify the approved material grades, hinges, screws, nose pads, temple cores, lenses, trims and other components.
If a material or component will be sourced differently at the receiving location, the proposed alternative should be reviewed and approved before production.
CMF, Logo and Surface Standards
Color, material and finish requirements should be defined with usable references. Depending on the product, these may include color chips, physical samples, plating references, acetate sheets, texture standards, polishing levels, printing files and logo-position requirements.
A verbal description such as “same black” or “same finish” is not a sufficient transfer standard.
The parties should identify the sample that controls bulk production and where it will be retained.
If the approved sample was made in China but production is proposed for Indonesia, the project may require a location-made transfer sample, pilot run or other comparison before bulk approval.
Testing and Inspection Criteria
The transfer package should identify the relevant target-market tests, customer-specific requirements, inspection points, measurement methods, visual criteria and acceptance rules.
It should also state which party organizes testing, where inspections occur and which records are delivered to the buyer.
Approved cases, cloths, bags, labels, inserts, retail packaging, cartons, barcodes and shipping marks form part of the product standard.
A change in production or dispatch location may affect packaging sourcing, labeling, storage and shipment preparation. Those effects should be reviewed before the route is approved.
Project documents should define how deviations, material substitutions, component changes, process changes and location changes are handled.
A proposed alternative may affect the sample, cost, MOQ, test plan, production schedule or approved appearance. It should not enter production until the required written approval has been obtained.
The final format, responsible parties and approval sequence remain project-specific.
What the Buyer Sends and What Quick Wonder Returns
Buyers may consider a coordinated China–Indonesia production route to support closer-to-customer delivery, qualified backup capacity and greater lead-time certainty. A useful assessment begins with product-level information rather than a general request for overseas capacity.
Buyers can first review Quick Wonder’s broader China and Indonesia eyewear manufacturing model and its four core eyewear production areas.
The inquiry should include:
For an existing program, the buyer should also identify the current production location, approved product version, repeat-order history and any element that cannot change.
What Quick Wonder Should Return
After reviewing the project, Quick Wonder should provide a project-specific response that identifies:
The final route should be reflected consistently in the quotation, specifications, approved-sample record, purchase order and written agreement.
